Once again, this premier career fair is planned to create an awareness of the challenging career opportunities offered in the public sector and to encourage prospective candidates to pursue rewarding careers in the public service arena.

The showcase will be held in cooperation with the U.S. office of Personnel Management and the New Mexico Consortium of Career Educators and Employers and will include representatives of federal, state, and municipal government, as well as various non-profit agencies. The U.S. Ofiice of Personnel Management will be paying the registration fee for all federal agencies that are recruiting for civilian personnel.

Invitations are extended to students from two-year and four-year, post-secondary institutions throughout the state of New Mexico, as well as the University of Texas at El Paso, El Paso Community College, and Sul Ross State University. The showcase will be open to students at all levels of education.
