Employment Extravaganza Event Schedule

Check-In
7:00 a.m. – 8:15 a.m.

Employer Packets and booth assignments will be presented. Those who did not pre-print their parking tickets may do so. However, employers are urged to print off their parking pass in advance to avoid confusion at check-in.


7:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m..
Continental Breakfast: Served from 7:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
Location: Dona Ana Room.

9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m..

Fair Open

 

11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m..
Lunch
Location: Dona Ana Room.
This will be a staggered lunch period to allow representatives to take turns for lunch while booths are covered for candidates’ visits.

 

3:00 p.m..
We respectfully ask that employers remain at their booth until the fair closes at 3:00PM. Please complete evaluation form included in your packet and turn it in before you leave campus.
If you have any shipments that will need to be picked up by a carrier, please contact your carrier for pick-up and notify the staff of Career Services of your package.
