Register your department and individual staff by completing an SES Ventana Registration form with department head signature and submit a non-disclosure form for each staff member.
Post positions, review applicant profiles, and hire online, using SES Ventana.

Student Employment--Community

To post an off-campus student employment position:

Contact the Student Employment Service (Garcia Annex, Room 203 or 575-646-4711) to register as a community employer on SES Ventana, our automated job posting, application, and referral system.
Post jobs as needed and review applicant profiles online.

Cooperative Education

To post a cooperative education position:

Contact the Cooperative Education program at 575-646-4115 or coop@nmsu.edu.
The Co-op Office will post your position(s) and invite candidate requests for referral.
Resumes of qualified co-op registrants wil be sent to you.
