Usage Instructions

Searching Co-op Jobs

Steps:

  1. Click on Job Postings to search for current Co-op job advertisements.
  2. Choose the Job Search menu from the Pulldown Screen to begin the search process.
  3. Select the "Co-op" job category and your major.
  4. Click on the Job ID Number to read details about each job posting and how to apply.

If you wish to apply for a Co-op job, you must be fully registered with the Career Services Office. Continuing students who were active "Co-op seeking" students prior to our conversion to the updated AggieTRAK system are still active registrants. Use your AggieTRAK logon and password to access your account.

If you have never registered with Career Services before, you will need to do so. Please be careful NOT to create a duplicate account for yourself. Search the system to see if you already have an account. If not, then follow the steps below.

Registration Instructions

  1. First-time registrants: Must attend a Career Services Orientation. (You may register for an Orientation after completing your AggieTRAK profile). After logging on to AggieTRAK, go to "Career Fairs and Events" and select "Orientation." Contact Career Services at 646-1631 if the times offered do not fit your schedule. During orientation, you will receive a Candidate Registration Form.
  2. Upload your resume into your electronic profile. This resume may be sent by the Co-op Office to employers who contact us for resume requests.
  3. Bring your signed Candidate Registration Form to the Co-op Office. Upon receipt of this form, we will verify your academic eligibility for Co-op and, if you're eligible, we'll move your account from 'Pending' to 'Active' status in the database system. Once you are 'Active,' you will be able to apply for jobs, sign up for on-campus interviews, and use all the other features available to you as a Co-op registrant.
